#2) We build using redwood, cedar, and brass so that our products will withstand the use and abuse of the great outdoors.
#3) We sell only by mail order and at shows to eliminate the distributors and be in direct contact with our customers.
#4) We listen to our customers, who tell us what they like, and which products they want built next.
Our Business History
We began our business in October of 1993, being a garden railroader that was unsatisfied with both the quantity and quality of scale structures available to the public. It all started with the model 9310 water tower, which met with great reviews, and has grown into the impressive list of products that are still built with pride! As the owner of PCGRS, with degrees in engineering with more than 40 years of model / garden railroading experience, along with over 45 years of woodworking experience, I can assure you that few businesses in garden railroading offer you the quality and craftsmanship that out product line represents!
Our goal is not to be the biggest supplier, just the best!
